Amos 2:4

4 Thus says the Lord: “For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment, because they have rejected the law of the Lord, and have not kept his statutes, but their lies have led them astray, those after which their fathers walked. (Le 26:14; Ne 1:7; Jer 16:19; Eze 20:13; Eze 20:16; Eze 20:24; Da 9:11; Am 1:3; Ro 1:25)

4 This is what the Lord says: ‘For three sins of Judah, even for four, I will not relent. Because they have rejected the law of the Lord and have not kept his decrees, because they have been led astray by false gods,[1] the gods[2] their ancestors followed,

4 The LORD says, ‘The people of Judah have sinned again and again. So I will judge them. They have refused to obey my law. They have not kept my rules. Other gods have led them astray. Their people of long ago worshipped those gods.
